The hull uses 5086 alloy construction with an 8-degree, 100-gauge bottom and lateral C-channel ribs for stability. Longitudinal ribs reinforce the rear section where passengers and motor load concentrates, maintaining structural integrity while keeping overall weight minimal for performance.

The boat's interior balances function with open floorspace through smart design choices. The perforated floor drains water while reducing weight, and the rear bench seats incorporate storage compartments beneath heavy-duty lids that are rated for standing and sitting. A mid-deck with top hatch provides weather protection and additional access.
