The 2025 Key West 188 Bay Reef is an 18.67-foot center console fishing boat powered by a single 150 hp Yamaha engine. Built from fiberglass with a shallow-draft hull, it combines inshore and nearshore capability with an efficient, economical package. The design delivers a smooth, dry ride with an aggressive entry and performs well across a range of conditions.

The boat prioritizes fishing functionality with front and rear aerated livewells, generous rod storage including gunwale holders and console rod holders, and a large front casting deck. Storage is distributed throughout: an anchor locker with anchor, a large bow compartment, and accessible battery storage beneath the console floor. A lift-out storage tub provides easy bilge access. The self-bailing cockpit drains water naturally, and a raw water wash-down kit aids in cleanup.

Standard equipment includes a stainless steel wheel with hydraulic BayStar steering, a single-leg leaning post, console footrest, windshield with grab rail, electric horn, trolling motor plug, and a compass.
