The 2025 Mako 18 Pro Skiff Backwater Edition is an 18.5-foot fiberglass flats boat powered by a single 175 hp Mercury Marine engine. Built on Mako's second-generation Rapid Planing System hull, this design achieves plane quickly even in shallow water under load, making it well-suited for inches-deep flats and inshore work.

The boat is laid out for serious fishing, with 360-degree deck access and an aerated livewell. The shallow-draft hull and stability profile position it equally at home in skinny backwater and nearshore conditions. A custom-fitted aluminum I-beam trailer with disc brakes and LED lights is included.
