The 2025 Nitro Z21 XL is a 21-foot bay boat powered by a single 250-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. Built on a fiberglass hull, it combines fishing-focused design with responsive performance and stability across varied water conditions.

The boat centers on an expansive casting deck and practical layout. The wide bow provides stability when operating the trolling motor, while the padded front deck suits all-day fishing. The cockpit features EVA foam non-skid decking underfoot. Storage includes large center consoles with slam latches for rod and tackle organization. The helm accommodates electronics displays up to 16 inches, a full gauge set, and integrates the Nitro Z-TOUCH touchscreen control system.

Comfort and seating are addressed through Z-CORE suspension seats with side bolstering, designed to absorb chop and maintain positioning during high-performance turns. The running surface employs NVT technology to facilitate quick planing and responsive handling while carrying a full load of gear, passengers, and livewells.
