The 2025 Phoenix 920 Elite is a 20.5-foot bay boat built on a fiberglass hull powered by a single 250-horsepower Mercury engine. Designed for both recreational fishing and day cruising, this boat features a layout built around tackle storage and accessible fishing stations, with a large day box forward of the driver's console and rod storage distributed throughout the deck.
The boat is equipped with dual Lowrance HDS Pro 9 flush-mounted displays—one at the helm and one in the bow—integrated with Active Imaging 2-in-1 sonar and an NMEA harness with point-1 antenna. A Minn Kota Fortrex 112 trolling motor with 36-volt power and a 4-bank 10-amp charger support extended time on the water. Hydraulic tilt steering, a 10-inch adjustable jack plate, and trim controls at the helm provide operational flexibility.
Comfort and convenience features include a padded composite deck, recessed trolling motor foot pedal, and helm-side controls including a hot-foot throttle with adjustable slide. The passenger area offers a grab handle, foot rest, and seating options with a fold-down seat and bike seat. A Power Pro Pole, custom Bimini cover, custom steering wheel, and stainless steel accents complete the package. Storage runs throughout: console storage with cup holders, port rod organizer, rod buckles, passenger-side rod box with ramp, and under-seat net storage. LED courtesy lights, compartment lights, and a snake light illuminate the deck. The boat incorporates Phoenix's integrated wiring system and composite construction throughout, including the transom and stringers, along with stainless slam latches and a culling system for fish management.
