The 2025 Phoenix 921 Elite is a 21.5-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 250 hp Mercury engine. Built around a raised deck design, the boat combines the speed of Phoenix's Pro XP line with the fishing-focused layout of their PHX series. The bow features an industry-focused design that accommodates large sonar graphs, either flush-mounted individually or stacked, plus a fiberglass insert for forward-looking sonar systems.
The helm includes dual Lowrance HDS LIVE 9 units—one flush-mounted in the console, one in the bow—paired with an Active Imaging 2-in-1 transducer and integrated NMEA harness. Fishing systems include a Minn Kota Fortrex 112 trolling motor with 36v 45" shaft and a 4x10 battery charger. Navigation and convenience electronics are backed by LED courtesy lights, compartment lighting, and auxiliary and USB power outlets throughout the boat.
The layout emphasizes practical storage and rigging. Features include rod organizers and rod buckles, a passenger-side rod box with ramp, a recessed trolling motor foot pedal, under-seat netting, and drop-in rear storage trays. The livewell includes both recirculation and pump-out systems with LED lighting. Dual 1100 GPH auto bilge pumps handle water management. Control features include hydraulic tilt steering, a hot foot throttle with adjustable slide, and trim switches at the bow.
Construction uses all-composite materials including the transom and stringers. The boat comes with a tandem axle trailer fitted with disc brakes, Velocity wheels with radial tires, LED lights, and a matching spare tire.
