The Ranger ALPHA 208 is a 20-foot aluminum runabout built around a 250-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. Its pad-bottom hull is engineered for responsive acceleration, stable tracking, and top-end performance. The setback transom design improves holeshot characteristics and water flow to the propeller while contributing to handling in varied conditions.
The boat's construction uses .125-inch H5052 aluminum throughout a fully welded hull, integrated with Ranger's signature foam flotation system for structural unitization. The smooth hull lines and proportions deliver fiberglass-like stability and feel despite the aluminum construction. Interior layout follows contemporary runabout design with open fishing and operating space appropriate to the 20-foot length and 8-foot beam.
Standard equipment includes Ranger's One-Piece-Feel construction methodology. Optional Ranger Cup Equipped packages are available that add a pair of 9-inch fishfinders and an upgraded trolling motor.
