The 2025 Ranger ALPHA 208 is a 20-foot aluminum runabout built for serious fishing. Powered by a single Mercury Marine 250 hp gasoline engine, it combines the durability and low maintenance of all-welded aluminum construction with performance characteristics typically associated with fiberglass hulls. The pad-bottom hull design is engineered for responsive handling and strong acceleration, while the setback transom improves hole shot and directs water flow smoothly to the prop across varying conditions.
The hull is constructed from .125" H5052 aluminum and incorporates Ranger's One-Piece-Feel Interloc construction with signature foam flotation that unitizes the structure for rigidity and feel. The narrow beam relative to length contributes to on-rails handling and top-end speed capability. Smooth lines and proportional styling are designed to minimize the visual distinction between this aluminum platform and traditional fiberglass tournament rigs.
Optional Ranger Cup Equipped packages are available that bundle a pair of 9-inch fishfinders and an upgraded trolling motor as tournament-ready configurations.
