2025 Ranger RT188P

The 2025 Ranger RT188P is an 18'8" aluminum runabout powered by a single 115-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. Built on a pad-bottom hull design, it delivers enhanced stability and performance across the RPM range compared to the standard RT188, combining the durability of aluminum construction with fiberglass-like handling characteristics.

The boat features a handmade fiberglass console fitted for large-screen electronics and topped by premium marine-grade seating. A fiberglass bow panel provides flush mounting for electronics, while the wide platform runs full length from bow to stern without obstructions. Storage boxes throughout the boat are gasket-sealed with insulation beneath their lids to resist moisture. The offset transom is engineered to accommodate dual Power-Poles with a jackplate setup.

The RT188P rides on a custom-tailored trailer designed specifically for this hull. A reinforced keel strengthens the pad-bottom design, supporting the boat's performance envelope and structural integrity.
