2025 Ranger Z520

The 2025 Ranger Z520 is a 20.92-foot fiberglass bay boat built at Ranger's Flippin, Arkansas facility. Powered by a single gasoline engine, it combines stability and handling designed for both tournament fishing and serious recreational use. The boat features a padded front casting deck and an insulated 40-quart cooler integrated into the design.

For 2025, the Z520 receives updated electronics infrastructure with the Ranger Umbilical dedicated harness simplifying bow-to-stern wiring. Control upgrades include push-button solid-state digital switching and keyed ignition for added reliability. A MercMonitor with SmartCraft gauges provides engine monitoring, while push-to-close latches on storage boxes eliminate tripping hazards and improve access.

The boat comes equipped with a Minn Kota Fortrex trolling motor as standard, with an optional dual bow graph mount available. The pultruded fiberglass transom contributes to the hull's structural integrity. The Z520 accommodates customization across trolling motor options, electronics packages, and color selections to suit individual preferences.
