The 2025 Ranger Z520R Cup-Equipped is a 20.92-foot bay boat built on a redesigned evolution of Ranger's Z Comanche hull, paired with a single 250-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. The hull design emphasizes quick hole shots and strong top-end performance, while the fiberglass construction includes a reinforced transom and one-piece interloc framing that expands storage capacity throughout the boat.

The cockpit centers on a new console with dual electronics mounts and Ranger's R.I.D.E. touchscreen system, which controls boat and engine functions from a 9-inch display. Seating includes heated Cloud 9 air-ride driver accommodation on easy-adjust slides with color-matched fiberglass backs. A Minn Kota Quest 115-pound thrust trolling motor is standard, along with a wireless phone charger in the console coin box and lithium batteries in the battery box.
