2025 Ranger Z520R Cup-Equipped

The 2025 Ranger Z520R is a 20.92-foot bay boat powered by a single 250 hp Mercury Marine engine. Built on a refined version of the legendary Z Comanche hull design, it delivers quick hole shots and strong top-end performance. The fiberglass construction includes a pultruded transom and features the One-Piece Feel Interloc™ stringer system for added strength and storage capacity.

The cockpit centers on a touchscreen Ranger R.I.D.E. system that controls all boat and engine functions, paired with a new console designed for dual graphs or a single 16-inch display. Driver comfort comes from heated Cloud 9™ air-ride seating with easy-adjust slides, while color-matched fiberglass seatbacks and a color-matched cockpit floor establish a cohesive interior. Push-to-close latches and a traction pad on the front deck combine function with clean lines.

Storage is generous throughout. The redesigned stringer system opens up larger compartments, and rod boxes feature the Echelon three-tier storage system accommodating rods up to 9 feet. A wireless phone charger sits in the coin box, and standard lithium batteries are installed. The Cup-Equipped package includes a Minn Kota® Quest 115-pound thrust trolling motor and an optional dual BBT electronics mount for secure graph placement. Push-to-start ignition with key fob provides added security and convenience.
