The Ranger Z520R is a 20-foot fiberglass bay boat built for serious fishing. The 2025 Cup-Equipped package pairs tournament-grade electronics and a Minn Kota trolling motor with a refined hull design adapted from the Z Comanche "C" platform, engineered for quick hole shots and stronger top-end performance.

The cockpit centers on a touchscreen Ranger R.I.D.E. system that manages boat and engine functions, with capacity for dual graphs or a single 16-inch display. The heated Cloud 9 air-ride driver seat sits on adjustable slides, complemented by color-matched fiberglass seatbacks. An 8-foot beam provides stability across wider decks, with a padded front casting platform and a traction pad on the center lid. Push-to-start ignition with key fob adds convenience, and a wireless phone charger sits in the coin box.

Storage throughout the boat has been enlarged via a redesigned stringer system using One-Piece Feel Interloc construction. The Echelon Rod Storage System organizes rods up to nine feet across a tri-level shelf arrangement. Battery and compartment systems include standard lithium batteries, larger storage boxes, and padded liner mats. The pultruded fiberglass transom provides durability, while push-to-close latches and a color-matched cockpit floor complete the refined finish. A fitted cover is included.
