The 2025 Ranger Z521 is a 21.75-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 250 hp Mercury Marine engine. Designed as a versatile fishing platform, it combines a spacious front deck with integrated storage and a well-appointed control layout featuring push-button solid-state switching and keyed ignition. The hull delivers stable, predictable handling across a range of speeds and is supported by a finely tuned design that manages rough water smoothly.

The boat's interior incorporates Ranger's insulating foam flotation system throughout, contributing to both rigidity and structural safety. Forward, the padded casting deck provides extensive fishing space, while aft storage compartments incorporate push-to-close latches for easy access. A 40-quart insulated cooler is standard equipment.

Electronics and wiring are simplified through the Ranger Umbilical dedicated harness running bow to stern with 30-amp breaker protection. A MercMonitor with SmartCraft gauges displays engine and system data. The boat accommodates a Minn Kota Fortrex trolling motor, with optional dual bow graph mounting available. A custom-built trailer is included, engineered specifically for this hull's dimensions and weight.
