The Real 40 HT Luxury is a 40-foot cruiser built on a fiberglass hull with twin Cummins QSM11 diesel engines. The hull and deck feature custom-painted finishes, constructed using a sandwich compound with high-performance resin and divinycell material. The hardtop and various structural parts are laminated by infusion for added strength. The boat accommodates up to 16 passengers and displaces 8,500 kg with engines installed. Engine options range from 540 to 800 horsepower, with a 700-liter fuel tank and 400-liter water tank for extended cruising.

The engine compartment is thermally and acoustically isolated and sealed as watertight. Interior basements are gel-coated for protection. Deck drainage is managed through a manhole system. External fuel and water filler caps are positioned for convenient access, and water drainage keeps the deck clear. The boat is equipped with navigation lights and a complete electrical harness to support basic systems.

Exterior detailing includes PVC and stainless steel trim, stainless steel cleats for securing lines, and LED floor lighting throughout. The overall construction emphasizes durability and a refined appearance suitable for both leisure cruising and entertaining guests.
