2025 Sea Fox 228 Commander

The 2025 Sea Fox 228 Commander is a 22-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull with an 8.5-foot beam. It runs a single 200-hp Yamaha F200XSA2 outboard and comes complete with a tandem-axle aluminum trailer fitted with a spare tire.

The helm station features a fiberglass Ultima hardtop with LED spreader and anchor lights. The console houses a Garmin 943XSV GPS/fishfinder, multifunction instrumentation with tachometer and speedometer, a Fusion stereo with six deck speakers, hydraulic steering with tilt mechanism, and provision for two flush 10-inch displays. The windscreen, top-mount compass, stainless steel steering wheel, and lockable console door complete the setup. Below deck sits a portable toilet and pre-rigging for two batteries with a two-bank charger.

The cockpit is built for fishing and family use. It includes a leaning post helm seat, forward console seating, and an aft bench seat with removable cushions. The 65-quart cooler with stainless steel hardware sits centrally, while a 30-gallon livewell with 800-GPH aerator and window runs along the starboard side. Rod storage and ten cup holders are distributed throughout. Lenco trim tabs with LED indicators and a removable ski tow bar complete the cockpit. The casting deck features a removable filler board that converts to a table with integrated storage below.

The transom includes a stainless steel walkthrough gate, boarding ladder, and grab rail. A raw water washdown with 15 feet of hose and adjustable nozzle is stored on the aft bulkhead. The boat is fitted with dual bilge pumps (1100 GPH each), automatic and mechanical float switches, and a marine fuel/water separator. Channel blue hull stripe, white powder coating, and navy upholstery complete the Pro and LED Tech packages.
