The 2025 Tracker Panfish 17 is a 16.5-foot aluminum runabout built with marine-grade aluminum construction and an all-welded hull. The boat features a stick steering setup designed for shallow-water fishing, with a bow operator's station that includes manual throttle and steering controls, a standard fishfinder, and integrated electronics. Power comes from a Mercury outboard engineered for efficient operation.

The interior layout prioritizes function for anglers. The bow has a large storage locker for tackle and gear, while the cockpit offers open space for fishing.
