2025 Yamaha Boats 222XD

The 2025 Yamaha Boats 222XD is a 22-foot wakesurf boat built around performance and rider control. It pairs a single 1898cc Yamaha engine with drive-by-wire technology, an integrated ballast system, and an articulating keel for precise wake shaping. The hull is designed specifically to enhance wakesurf conditions, and an electric WakeBooster provides additional versatility. The boat runs on regular unleaded fuel with a 70-gallon capacity.

The cockpit centers on an adjustable captain's chair with flip-up bolster and a passenger-side captain's chair, with a removable dinette table for flexible seating. A walk-through bow door leads to the bow area, which has a ski locker, removable filler inserts, and hinged seat cushions. The stern features an integrated swim platform with upholstered cushioned seats and backrests that include storage, a telescopic reboarding ladder, and a custom marine-grade mat. Dedicated storage includes a lockable glove box, anchor and rope locker, and wet storage at the stern.

Control and navigation are handled by a 12.3-inch Connext touchscreen with mapping, Yamaha E-Series features, and a three-position No Wake Mode. Cruise Assist and Quiet Cruise Technology aid operation. Seven marine speakers, two tower speakers, and a stern stereo remote provide audio throughout, while two wireless charging points keep devices powered. Deck lighting includes docking lights, courtesy lights at the cockpit and tower, and LED accent lighting. Dual batteries support the electrical system.

The 222XD is equipped with stainless steel bow rails, six pop-up cleats, a tow hook, and a folding aluminum wakeboard tower with integrated tow hook and wakeboard racks. A Bimini top provides shade, and an integrated removable cooler sits at the bow. A spare tire and painted trailer with swing-away tongue are included.
