The 2025 Yamaha Boats 255XD is a 24.5-foot jet-powered wakesurf boat built around exceptional performance and versatile on-water functionality. The single engine produces 500 horsepower via Yamaha's DRiVE X technology, delivering the acceleration and handling characteristic of modern jet propulsion. A 75-gallon fuel tank supports extended outings, and the boat runs on premium unleaded gasoline.

The layout combines active seating and relaxation zones across bow, cockpit, and stern. Forward, a walk-through bow door accesses a dinette area with stow-in-place table and storage, while removable filler inserts and a fixed pedestal table at the stern allow flexible seating arrangements. Stern accommodations include upholstered cushioned seats and backrests. A head compartment with wardrobe storage and upholstered interior sits enclosed below deck, and an integrated galley and removable cooler support refreshment throughout the day.

Mechanical and comfort systems include drive-by-wire throttle control, a 12.3-inch Connext screen with integrated maps, dual battery setup, and a three-position "No Wake Mode" control. Premium sound comes from seven cabin speakers and two tower speakers, plus a stern remote. The integrated ballast system and electric WakeBooster tune the wake for watersports, while Quiet Cruise Technology reduces engine noise.
