The Aquila 36 Sport is a 36-foot composite catamaran built for speed and comfort. Powered by twin Mercury Verado V8 engines producing 800 horsepower, it reaches a maximum speed of 40 knots with a cruising speed around 27 knots. The stepped hull and infused vinylester construction with InfusiCore technology support responsive handling and efficient planing characteristics. An optional Foil Hydro Glide System can improve fuel consumption by up to 40 percent and enhance stability and speed.
The layout includes two double cabins, each with private bathroom facilities, plus a convertible salon that serves as additional sleeping quarters or relaxation space. The galley features a Corian countertop, stainless steel sink, and Isotherm refrigeration. Two heads and up to three showers accommodate the extended guest roster. Fresh water capacity is 200 liters, with fuel tankage of 1,350 liters split across dual tanks.
Above deck, the boat offers substantial cockpit and foredeck space with modular seating, an integrated barbecue, and sunbathing areas. A sliding hardtop provides weather protection over the helm station. The platform at the transom includes boarding stairs and serves as a swim platform. Underwater LED lighting, exterior showers, and stainless steel 316 hardware throughout reflect the finish quality. Electronics include multifunction GPS, VHF radio, AIS, autopilot, and Fusion audio system. Optional systems include air conditioning, a bow thruster, a Seakeeper stabilizer, and joystick control.
