2026 Barge TOUGH 20

The Barge TOUGH 20 is a 20-foot triple-hull workboat with a solid build for rugged use. The hull consists of unsinkable MDPE modules paired with a 6061 marine-grade aluminum chassis and non-slip deck. The frame is reinforced with a rigid 4x4 composite rubrail and upgraded to a 4-inch heavy-duty rubrail along the length. Hardware throughout is superior-grade stainless steel, with six 12-inch S cleats, eight 11-inch pull-up cleats, and eight 3.5-inch flush tie-downs for securing gear and rigging.

The standard console features a switch panel with six circuits and USB-C outlet, paired with a welded aluminum grab rail and arch kit. Navigation lights include an anchor light, and a safety visibility package adds an amber and white LED light bar, map light, spreader lights, and a 130-decibel air horn. A leaning post houses a 30-gallon fuel cell, and the boat is equipped with Baystar hydraulic steering for responsive handling.

Power comes from a single Suzuki 75-horsepower outboard engine, rigged and ready to run. The boat sits on a heavy-duty aluminum trailer, both available in black or Tough Orange powder coat finishes. The transom is reinforced aluminum, and the overall construction emphasizes durability and practical working functionality.
