The Oceanis 37.1 represents the eighth generation of Beneteau's acclaimed cruising line, built on innovations refined across seven prior designs. This 37-foot sailing yacht combines open outdoor space with thoughtful deck layout: the absence of backstays creates an uncluttered cockpit, while double spreaders and a flared hull promise strong sailing performance. All rigging except halyards routes to two aft winches for easy single-handed operation, and instruments including a 7-inch plotter mount on the starboard helm console.
The hull design—flared with a rib for fluid underwater lines—delivers greater stability, weight control, and interior volume without sacrificing rigidity. The bow generates substantial headroom and light through two large integrated portholes in the fore cabin. Belowdecks, the saloon rivals a 40-footer in proportion, offset to port with a generous sofa and a dining table seating six alongside a lengthwise galley. The cabin forward features a king-size berth positioned to starboard in the standard layout, with an optional two-head version available. Aft comfort is maximized by a double berth and a large sail locker accessible from both cabin and cockpit.
Power comes from twin 40 hp diesel engines. The design incorporates eco-conscious options including an optional electric motor and iroko slatted cockpit flooring. This boat is in commissioning.
