2026 Boston Whaler 220 Dauntless

The 2026 Boston Whaler 220 Dauntless is a 22-foot center console built for both inshore fishing and comfortable cruising. Its design balances practical fishability with the capability to venture offshore, making it suited for exploring coastal waters, pursuing various species, or simply enjoying time on the water.

The boat features a single 200 XL V6 Mercury FourStroke engine with hydraulic power steering and an 80-gallon fuel tank. Notable systems include an automatic bilge pump, dual battery trays with charging relay, fuel and water separator, SmartCraft deluxe gauges, and Vessel View Mobile integration. A galvanized tandem axle trailer with swing tongue is included.

The console offers an acrylic windshield, cast stainless steel steering wheel, compass, electronics mounting surface for a 12-inch display, removable porta-potti head, wireless phone charger, and interior LED lighting. The deck design incorporates a self-bailing cockpit sole, 22 inches of interior freeboard, port and starboard casting platforms aft, bow and stern lifting eyes, and a swim platform with telescoping ladder. Seven stainless steel rod holders are distributed across the bow, gunwales, and stern deck.

Seating includes a reversible pilot seat with locking backrest and integrated cooler, forward console lounge with armrests, and port and starboard stern seats with folding backrests. Storage is distributed throughout: bow anchor locker with gas shock, forward fishbox with overboard drain, lockable console storage for rods and gear, and cooler storage in the pilot seat base. All hardware and rails are 316-L stainless steel.
