The 2026 Boston Whaler 280 Outrage is a 28-foot center console built for serious offshore fishing and open-water performance. Twin Mercury engines deliver 600 horsepower, backed by integrated Simrad navigation and control systems. The hull is fiberglass construction, measuring 9.33 feet across the beam.

The layout centers on an open fishing platform. The bow features a generous lounge with armrest seating and storage beneath. The aft deck is purpose-built for angling, with a deluxe leaning post, bait-prep area, 30-gallon livewell, and two large fish boxes. An aft bench folds away to clear additional fighting room. A portside dive door provides direct water access.

The helm area offers optional deluxe seating with an adjustable captain's chair and companion seat. An optional hardtop comes with a full-glass windshield; a heavier integrated hardtop system can add floodlights and life-jacket storage. Optional Seakeeper gyro-stabilization is available.
