2026 Chaparral 280 OSX

The 2026 Chaparral 280 OSX is a 28-foot fiberglass bowrider powered by twin Yamaha 250 HP digital 4-stroke outboards. The boat comes finished in steel blue hull sides with a white bottom, black metallic stripe, and tinted glass tower insert. It features a fiberglass hard top with bonded skylight and overhead lighting, paired with snap-in SeaDeck cockpit flooring in slate.

The helm area includes dual Simrad NSX9 EVO 3 displays with GPS, chartplotter, transducer, engine data, and audio controls, along with two 7-inch multi-touch displays angled for optimal viewing. A premium stereo system with six speakers, Bluetooth, USB and auxiliary connectivity, and included Sirius XM satellite radio completes the entertainment package. Behind the helm sits a wetbar with refrigerator for convenient access.

Accommodations include a full fiberglass head compartment with hideaway electric pump-out toilet, vanity cabinet, and freshwater sink. The bow features lounge seating with two folding armrests and a flip-out filler cushion, plus a built-in insulated cooler underneath. The aft bench seat has a reversible backrest that converts between full bench and sun lounge configurations. A cockpit table with dedicated storage and side-mounted bases provides additional functionality.

Additional equipment includes an integrated windlass package with 200 feet of line and 15 feet of chain, polished stainless steel anchor, Lenco Pro trim tabs with indicator lights, side entry door with stowable boarding ladder, and docking lights.
