2026 Elling E4

The Elling E4 is a 49-foot semi-displacement motor yacht built to CE Ocean Category A standards with a fiberglass hull reinforced with Kevlar. Powered by twin diesel engines, the boat reaches a maximum speed of 18 knots and cruises efficiently at 7 knots. The design emphasizes durability and quiet operation through advanced engine mountings and superior insulation, creating a notably peaceful cruising environment even at higher speeds. Bow and stern thrusters provide excellent maneuvering control.

The interior showcases three cabins and two heads arranged around spacious saloons. The lower saloon features a pop-up widescreen television, curved settee, and abundant natural light from wheelhouse windows. The owner's cabin has a queen-size bed accessible from both sides, while the forward cabin can be configured with either two single beds or a double with settee. The side cabin offers twin bunks or can serve as an office. Both bathrooms include separate shower enclosures, electrically operated heads, and heated towel racks when central heating is installed.

Deck layout prioritizes entertaining and relaxation with an integrated forward sundeck, protected aft deck seating, and a diving platform with Flexiteak. Teak steps and stainless steel handrails throughout provide secure access. The galley is well equipped with a four-ring cooker, full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and wine cellar, all centered on large Corian worktops.

The helm station features a mechanically sprung leather seat, single-lever engine controls, and comprehensive instrumentation including rudder position indicator, fuel and water level gauges, and LED control panels. Electrical systems include dual 200 Ah lithium service batteries and dual 85 Ah starter batteries, supported by a 3500W charger inverter. Fire safety equipment includes automatic engine room suppression and manual extinguishers throughout. Tank capacities are 1500 liters fuel, 850 liters freshwater, and 150 liters blackwater.
