The 2026 Evotti 723CS is a tri-toon pontoon built on the Evo3 platform, featuring a 31-inch center pontoon flanked by 26-inch outer tubes. The aluminum hull rides on stepped lifting strakes and a full under-deck wave shield for improved handling and performance. Power comes from a Mercury 250XL Verado fuel-injected four-stroke engine paired with a high-performance stainless steel propeller.

The boat measures 25.5 feet long with an 8.5-foot beam and includes a 70-gallon fuel tank with in-floor storage throughout the deck. The control station features a fiberglass elevated helm with lockable storage, two reclining helm chairs, and a 15-inch Garmin ultra-wide touchscreen. Power-assisted steering and an expansive extended rear deck maximize usability and sight lines.

Accommodations center on social seating arranged for entertaining. Two forward chaise loungers provide intimate gathering space, while a seven-position stern lounger offers flexible configurations for hosting, lounging, or sunbathing. The power bimini top with blackout frame and integrated lighting provides shade and ambiance.
