The 2026 Excel 183 Bolt is an 18-foot aluminum bay boat built on a welded hull with a 14-degree pad, lifting strakes, and reverse chine. The boat runs on a single Yamaha 115 hp outboard engine and carries a maximum fuel capacity of 30 gallons. Standard .160-gauge aluminum construction provides durability, and the design accommodates up to seven people with a maximum capacity of 1,025 pounds.

The boat features a side console with fiberglass construction and a full 94-inch beam width with 68 inches at the bottom. Comfort amenities include two Tempress fishing seats with poles, two rear folding jumpseats with storage, a rear deck seatbase, and integrated trolling motor bracket. Rod storage consists of two built-in lockable boxes, and the 20-gallon livewell supports extended fishing trips. Mooring is secured with four nylon cleats, and the gunwale features an extruded design with rubber rub rail and accessory mounting slot.

Standard equipment includes a front deck control panel with 12-volt plug, trolling motor plug, and navigation light and motor trim switches.
