The 2026 Grady-White Freedom 285 is a 28-foot dual-console center console built from hand-laid fiberglass and powered by twin Yamaha F350 outboards totaling 1,400 horsepower. The hull features a 9.5-foot beam and is finished in Coastal Fog Blue with matching hardtop. A full suite of safety equipment includes dual automatic bilge pumps, stainless steel bow and cockpit rails, a self-bailing cockpit with four drains, and basic flotation.

The boat carries substantial fishing and storage capability with a 135-quart forward insulated fish box and 185-quart aft box with integrated light, plus three horizontal rod racks and four rod holders. The 201-gallon fuel capacity and 20-gallon freshwater tank support extended time on the water. Deck hardware throughout is 316-grade stainless steel, and the integrated outboard mounting system includes a four-step swim platform and ladder.

Seating includes a deluxe helm chair, electromechanically extendable port lounge, fold-away aft bench, and bow box cushions. The hardtop features LED spreader lights and recessed tri-color lighting, with speakers mounted at the helm, bow, and aft. Additional comfort features include a lockable head with portable fixture and teak and holly sole, pressurized raw water washdown, and a cockpit freshwater shower.
