2026 Key West 1720 Center Console

The 2026 Key West 1720 Center Console is a 17-foot fiberglass boat built on a hull designed for inshore fishing and recreational use. The boat features a self-bailing cockpit, aerated livewell, and molded fiberglass swim platform. Standard equipment includes an anchor locker with anchor, stainless steel rod holders (both recessed gunwale-mount and console-mount versions with drain), a large bow casting deck, and a flip-flop cooler seat with cushion alongside a cushioned console seat. Additional appointments include a raw water wash-down kit, bilge pump with auto switch, compass, courtesy lights, trolling motor plug, and dual battery switch.

The 1720 is designed with practical fishing and boating functionality throughout. Storage is integrated across multiple deck areas, and the boat features a molded non-skid inner liner for safety. Stainless steel hardware and rails run throughout, with 6-inch pull-up cleats positioned for easy movement on deck. The console accepts flush-mount gauges and incorporates Baystar tilt steering with a stainless steel wheel featuring anti-feedback design.

The hull construction uses foam-injected fiberglass stringers with no wood components to eliminate rot risk. The running surface has been refined for improved efficiency, and added freeboard enhances seakeeping qualities compared to earlier versions. The boat comes with a 10-year hull warranty. A single gasoline engine powers the boat, with a Suzuki DF90ATL5 available as an option. Optional upgrades include a Clarion Bluetooth stereo system with two speakers and MP3 input, interior LED lighting, hydraulic tilt steering, dash cover, floor helm pad, and fender holders.
