This 2026 Key West 189 FS is a compact center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single Yamaha F115XB engine. At 18 feet 9 inches in length with an 8-foot beam, it's the entry point to Key West's Family Sportsman line, designed for coastal and inshore fishing with a shallow 12-inch draft and 40-gallon fuel capacity.

The boat features a full-width transom bench with storage underneath, a high-speed pickup livewell, and a rear livewell for bait and catch. A molded-in swim platform with ladder provides water access, while the console includes a porta pottie room. The layout combines practical fishing amenities with everyday usability, including a trolling motor plug, raw water washdown, tilt hydraulic steering, and a 12-volt power outlet on the dash.
