The 2026 Key West 189 FS is an 18-foot 9-inch center console powered by a single Yamaha F115XB outboard. Built with a fiberglass hull featuring closed-cell foam construction, this compact Family Sportsman offers a practical platform for fishing and recreational boating. The 8-foot beam provides good stability for its class, and the boat draws just 12 inches, making it suitable for shallow-water exploration. A 40-gallon fuel capacity supports extended time on the water.
