The 2026 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console powered by twin Yamaha 200 engines. Built on a fiberglass hull with a 9.25-foot beam, this model combines practical fishing features with comfortable family sportsman proportions. The boat draws 18 inches and weighs 4,800 pounds, with a fuel capacity of 175 gallons.

The layout centers on a functional fishing platform. The hardtop comes powder-coated with integrated rod holders, two electronics boxes, and LED lighting. Notable features include an under-deck windlass anchor system, side tuna door with hidden ladder, power-assist steering, and dual transom livewells. The leaning post has flip-up bolsters and armrests. Storage and practicality are emphasized with 22 rod holders and 16 cup holders throughout.

The boat includes one head with a portable toilet and pump-out option.
