The 2026 Lowe Skorpion SS is a 16-foot aluminum fishing runabout built on an all-welded modified V hull. Powered by a Mercury 30 hp four-stroke engine and paired with a galvanized bunk trailer, the boat features stick steering for precise maneuverability in shallow water and tight spaces. The forward helm position gives drivers excellent sight lines for navigating smaller lakes and backwater coves.
The cockpit is outfitted for serious fishing. Two fold-down seats with storage underneath face a wide open layout ideal for working multiple lines. A rear aerated livewell holds 11 gallons and includes a removable bait bag, while the starboard side houses a lockable rod storage rack that accommodates four rods up to nine feet. Additional storage includes bow and rear compartments, underseat spaces, and provisions for a battery and fuel. A 12-gallon portable fuel tank is included.
Standard equipment covers both functionality and safety. A Minnkota Edge trolling motor with 45 pounds of thrust and 12-volt battery provides auxiliary propulsion, paired with a dedicated harness. Twin pumps—one bilge and one aerator, each 800 GPH—manage water management. Bow and stern navigation lights, a bow trim switch for the main motor, and a switch panel with 12-volt power outlet round out the electrical setup. The trailer comes with ratchet tie-downs, a spare tire mounted on a matching aluminum mag rim, and swing tongue design.
The hull is finished in metallic silver with silver poly roughliner decking and gray upholstery throughout the interior. A welded transducer bracket is factory-installed.
