2026 Malibu Wakesetter 23 MXZ

The 2026 Malibu Wakesetter 23 MXZ is a purpose-built wake and ski boat powered by a Malibu Monsoon M60 i engine with a 170-amp alternator. The fiberglass hull features Wakesetter graphics and a surf pipe exhaust system. A Malibu Ascend tower in ebony anchors the design, equipped with PTM Clampforce 30 racks on both sides and an integrated tower hoop and arch.

Wake technology defines this boat's capabilities. The ballast system uses HI FLO technology with bow, midship, and rear tanks, plus a power wedge III and surf gate with Malibu Surfband for wave generation and control. A panoramic 140-degree PTM mirror, wideview backup camera, and docking and transom lights support visibility and maneuvering. Dual Group 27 AGM batteries power onboard systems, with a rudder position sensor and GPS cruise and compass for navigation.

The cockpit combines comfort and entertainment. A sport dash with rotary joystick and wireless charging stations, memory helm seat with swivel, and MaxPivot Wakeview bench with integrated table provide seating and functionality. The MXZ sound pack includes wet sounds Rev 12 speakers with horns on the tower and a second set in Arctic white, supported by two tower amps and a 12-inch subwoofer with dedicated amplification. Additional features include soft-grip flooring, nonskid deck throughout, stainless cup holders, cabin and bow cell phone holders with wireless charging, an ice box, a flip-down step swimboard, and three pairs of pull-up cleats.

The boat comes with a CS boat cover with APS 3 system and swimboard cover, PTM dual coverage bimini with rope and surf attachment, and a shrinkable shipping cover.
