The 2026 Maverick 17 HPX-S is a composite-hulled shallow-water skiff built for flats fishing and light inshore work. Measuring 17 feet by just over 6 feet wide, it pairs with a Yamaha F70LB outboard and a McClain single-axle trailer.
This example comes extensively equipped with premium upgrades throughout. The hull is finished in Whisper Grey with a two-tone deck in Whisper Grey and White, while the console wears Haze Grey. Seating cushions are grey with black accents. Functional upgrades include a Yamaha CL5 digital gauge, hydraulic tilt steering, and a jackplate with blinker switch. The steering wheel is an upgraded Edson model in black powdercoat with a power knob. The platform and under-gunnel areas feature SeaDek in a grey and black teak pattern.
Storage and fishing features include rod racks on both sides of the console, a removable fiberglass cooler in Haze Grey, and a Tibor push pole caddy on the starboard side. The rear livewell and releasewell plumbing are in place, ready for rigging according to preference. The boat comes complete with trailer and is ready to configure for specific fishing applications.
