2026 Nitro Z21 XL

The 2026 Nitro Z21 XL is a 21-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a Mercury 250 Pro XS four-stroke engine. Built for serious fishing, it combines a wide bow casting deck with a professional-grade layout and tournament-tested performance. The boat features Nitro's NVT hull technology for quick planing and responsive handling, even under a full load. The Z-CORE suspension seating with side bolsters is designed to reduce fatigue and maintain control in choppy conditions and hard turns.

The helm setup centers on a NITRO Z-TOUCH touchscreen control system and full gauge package, with space for electronics up to 16 inches. Two Humminbird Xplore 12 screens occupy the console, with two additional units mounted at the bow. Additional electronics include a Humminbird Mega Live 2 and Mega 360 system, Mercury Smartcraft Connect integration, and a Humminbird GPS antenna. The boat is networked with a Humminbird One Boat Network package featuring an ethernet hub and cables.

Storage and deck space emphasize practical fishing function. Twin 8-foot Minn Kota Raptor trolling motors with Active Anchoring are mounted on the bow, supported by a Minn Kota Ultrex Quest 36-volt motor with I-Pilot. Large center stowage compartments organize rods and tackle. The cockpit features full marine mat flooring without carpet for quick drainage, an EVA foam non-skid pad at the helm, and updated slam-latch hardware throughout. A Millertech battery setup includes two 36-volt 60Ah trolling motor batteries, two 12-volt 135Ah starting and electronics batteries, and a dual-voltage charger. The boat is equipped with an Atlas hydraulic jackplate, dual trim levers, a passenger console, spinning rod organizer, and driver-side midship cleat.

Additional gear includes a KVD Hydrowave fish caller, Mercury Smartcraft Connect, Bass Boat Technologies electronics mounts, and a DD26 transom saver with steer stops. A boat cover, 18-inch black wheels, keel guard, and Drotto boat latch are included.
