The 2026 Pathfinder 2700 Open is a 27-foot bay boat built on a fiberglass, double-stepped hull designed to handle shallow flats and offshore conditions. Powered by a single Yamaha XF450 engine with a factory-installed jackplate, the boat delivers the speed and efficiency needed to reach distant fishing grounds. The hull construction and performance package support a maximum horsepower rating of 450, with trim tabs and digital electric steering for smooth operation across varying water conditions.

The layout combines an expansive forward casting deck with a wide-open cockpit, offering versatility for different fishing styles. Storage includes nearly 70 gallons of standard livewell capacity plus a 40-gallon helm seat aquarium livewell, three insulated fishboxes totaling over 120 gallons of capacity, and dedicated rod storage for up to 18 rods. Dry storage throughout the boat accommodates cast nets, tackle, and gear. The console can be optioned with a head for extended time on the water, and a 31-gallon auxiliary fuel tank upgrade is available.

Standard equipment includes fresh water and raw water washdown systems, advanced bubbler aeration, fishbox pump-outs with macerators, livewell strainers, and a recirculation pump. The boat offers a second station tower option and can be equipped with outriggers. Audio includes a JL Audio stereo system with amplifier and speakers.
