2026 Pathfinder 2700 Open

The 2026 Pathfinder 2700 Open is a 27-foot bay boat built on a fiberglass double-stepped hull, powered by a single Yamaha engine rated to 450 horsepower. The design combines a spacious forward casting deck with an open cockpit layout, making it capable across shallow flats and offshore waters alike. A factory jackplate and trim tabs support performance and shallow-water operation.

Fishing-focused storage is extensive. The boat includes nearly 70 gallons of standard livewell capacity plus a 40-gallon helm seat aquarium livewell, three insulated fishboxes totaling over 120 gallons, and dedicated rod storage for up to 18 rods. Additional features include a raw water washdown system, fresh water washdown, fish box pump-outs with macerators in the forward and aft locations, livewell strainers, and a recirculation pump. An auxiliary fuel tank upgrade of 31 gallons is available, extending range. The console can be optioned with a head for convenience on extended outings, and a second station tower accommodates additional electronics and outriggers if desired.

The boat comes equipped with digital electric steering, JL Audio stereo with amplifier and speakers, and Helm Master EX electronics compatible with Yamaha XF and XTO engines. Standard features include an aft seat set, bolster set, and black rub rail with stainless steel inserts. Color options and finishing packages are available, including matte black powder coating for the second station.
