2026 Phoenix 921 Elite

The 2026 Phoenix 921 Elite is a 21.5-foot bay boat built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single Mercury 250 Pro XS outboard. Built for shallow-water and coastal fishing, the boat combines the shallow-draft capability of a center console design with the maneuverability and fuel efficiency expected in this class.

Navigation and fish-finding electronics include dual Lowrance HDS Pro 12 touchscreen systems—one at the helm console and one mounted at the bow—giving anglers comprehensive sonar and mapping coverage. Propulsion is enhanced with a hydraulic jack plate, allowing the engine height to be adjusted for optimal performance in variable water conditions. A Minn Kota 36V Quest trolling motor provides auxiliary power for precise positioning when fishing.
