The 2026 Ranger RT188P is an 18-foot aluminum runabout built around a pad-hull design that combines the durability of aluminum construction with fiberglass-like handling and performance. The pad bottom incorporates a reinforced keel for added stability at speed and improved performance across all RPM ranges.
The boat features a handmade fiberglass console sized for large electronics displays, premium marine-grade seating throughout, and a wide, solid platform that runs bow to stern without steps or obstructions—ideal for standing room and rod placement. Storage boxes are fitted with gaskets and insulation under the lids to manage moisture. The fiberglass bow panel is flush-mounted to accommodate electronics integration. The offset transom is designed to accept dual Power-Poles with jackplate capability.
Power comes from a single 115 hp Mercury Marine gasoline engine. The boat comes on a custom-made trailer engineered specifically for this hull. Optional upgrades include Ranger Cup Equipped packages that add a pair of 9-inch fishfinders and an upgraded trolling motor.
