The 2026 Ranger RT188P is an 18-foot aluminum runabout powered by a single 115-hp Mercury engine. The standout feature is its pad-hull bottom, which delivers both the durability of an aluminum build and the handling and stability of a traditional fiberglass design. The pad bottom works across the full RPM range and pairs with a new, stronger keel for added performance.
The layout is purpose-built for fishing and function. A handmade fiberglass console accommodates large-screen electronics with a flush-mounted bow panel. Premium marine-grade seating is color-matched throughout. A wide, solid platform runs bow to stern without interruption—eliminating places where fishing rods could be stepped on. The offset transom accepts dual Power-Poles and a jackplate. Multiple large storage boxes feature gaskets and insulation under the lids to control moisture and protect gear.
The boat comes with a custom-made trailer tailored to the hull. Optional Ranger Cup Equipped packages add a pair of 9-inch fishfinders and an upgraded trolling motor, extending capability without compromising the clean, efficient layout.
