2026 Ranger RT198P

The RT198P is a 19.8-foot aluminum runabout built for fishing with a focus on deck space and stability. The wide hull design keeps more of the boat on the water when using a trolling motor, reducing wind and wave effects. Power comes from a 150-horsepower Mercury Marine engine paired with a pad-bottom hull for enhanced performance and handling.

The front casting deck is spacious and stable, designed to accommodate multiple anglers. Storage includes two rod boxes, an insulated cooler, and a center tackle compartment—all fitted with locking latches and weather-proof gaskets. Two oversized rear storage boxes are designed to hold tackle trays. The rear deck features a divided, timed, and aerated livewell.

Construction uses all-welded, wood-free aluminum with closed-cell flotation foam throughout the hull for strength, durability, and a solid feel. The fiberglass consoles are built to support class-leading 12-inch electronics.
