2026 Ranger Z520R

The 2026 Ranger Z520R is a 20.9-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a 250-horsepower Mercury Marine engine. Built on a revised Z Comanche hull design, the boat combines responsive hole shot with strong top-end performance. The single-engine layout pairs with a Minn Kota Quest 115-pound thrust trolling motor as standard equipment.

The cockpit centers on a new integrated console featuring the Ranger R.I.D.E. touchscreen system that controls boat and engine functions. The driver benefits from heated Cloud 9 air-ride seating mounted on adjustable slides, while the co-pilot and passengers have color-matched fiberglass seating. The front casting deck includes a traction pad and padded surfaces for working the water. An 8-foot beam supports the layout efficiently.

Storage has been redesigned throughout. Rod boxes incorporate a tri-level Echelon system accommodating rods up to nine feet. Compartments are larger thanks to a reworked stringer system and One-Piece Feel Interloc construction. Push-to-close latches and compartment liner mats finish the storage areas. The transom is reinforced with pultruded fiberglass. Standard equipment includes dual lithium batteries, a wireless phone charger housed in the coin box, and a key fob with push-to-start ignition. An optional dual monitor mount allows flexible electronics positioning.
