The 2026 Ranger Z520R is a 20.9-foot bay boat powered by a single Mercury Marine 250-horsepower gasoline engine. Its fiberglass hull incorporates Ranger's refined Z Comanche "C" design, engineered for responsive hole shot and strong top-end performance. The boat rides on an all-new heated Cloud 9 air-ride suspension driver seat with adjustable slide positioning and color-matched fiberglass backing, while the front casting deck features a padded work surface and non-skid traction center pad. A pultruded fiberglass transom provides structural durability.

The redesigned cockpit brings integrated technology through the touchscreen Ranger R.I.D.E. system, which controls boat and engine functions. A new console accommodates dual graphs or a single 16-inch display unit. Push-to-start ignition with key fob delivers convenient operation, while standard lithium batteries supply reliable power. A wireless phone charger sits in the coin box for onboard device charging.

Storage throughout the boat is expansive, with a redesigned stringer system supporting larger compartments.
