The 2026 Ranger Z520R Cup-Equipped is a 20.92-foot bay boat powered by a single 250 hp Mercury Marine engine. Built on Ranger's refined Z Comanche "C" hull—digitally scanned and perfected for improved hole shot and top-end performance—this boat combines responsive handling with a fiberglass construction designed for durability and weight efficiency. A pultruded fiberglass transom adds structural integrity.

The cockpit centers on an all-new console featuring a 9-inch touchscreen Ranger R.I.D.E. system that integrates full control and monitoring of all boat and engine functions. Dual graphs or a single 16-inch display can be mounted, with an optional dual BBT electronics mount for added flexibility. Seating includes heated Cloud 9 Air-Ride SRS driver seats on easy-to-adjust slides, complemented by color-matched fiberglass shellbacks. Push-to-start ignition with key fob activation provides modern convenience and security.

Storage and deck layouts have been substantially redesigned. The Echelon Rod Storage System offers tri-level shelving for rods up to 9 feet, while enlarged storage boxes benefit from a redesigned stringer system. A non-skid traction pad on the front deck center lid and padded front casting deck enhance both safety and workability. Push-to-close latches and compartment liner mats finish the interior detailing.
