2026 Release Boatworks 46 Walkaround
About This Yacht
The 46 Walkaround is a fiberglass sportfishing boat built by Release Boatworks and designed in collaboration with naval architect Erwin Gerards. At 46 feet long with a 15.5-foot beam, she combines the open layout of a center console with the comfort and safety features of a traditional sportfisher. Twin Cummins diesel engines deliver 1,430 horsepower, providing the power needed for open-water fishing work.
The cockpit spans approximately 150 square feet and is designed for working fishermen—wide open with minimal obstruction, smart storage integration, and clean sight lines across the deck. High gunnels provide security in rough seas while allowing full access around the perimeter for fighting fish.
Below deck, the yacht offers two cabins and one head, providing adequate accommodation for extended trips. The layout balances functional fishing space above with livable quarters below, allowing the boat to stay out on the water for longer periods without compromising crew comfort or safety.
