The 2026 Scout 260 LXF is a 26-foot composite sportfish built with dual Mercury 200XL four-stroke engines. The boat features an integrated carbon fiber T-top with fully enclosed windshields, spreader lights, and a comprehensive helm station with a black Edson steering wheel and electro-hydraulic steering. Navigation is handled by a Garmin 943 XSV display with GT12M transducer, while a Fusion Bluetooth stereo with six 7.7-inch JL speakers provides entertainment.
The cockpit is laid out for fishing and comfort. A fiberglass leaning post spans the stern with bait prep station, sink, tackle drawers, and dual helm seats with folding bolsters. Forward seating includes removable backrests with storage, and a fold-down stern seat provides additional options. Port and starboard in-floor fish boxes with diaphragm pumps, a port-side aerated recirculating baitwell, and rod cup holders support serious fishing. The boat includes raw water, fresh water, and anchor wash-down systems fed by a 20-gallon tank.
Additional equipment includes a Seakeeper Ride vessel attitude control system, battery charger with dual battery switch and remote, a fully walk-able swim platform with foam matting and ladder, port-side swing-in door, LED cockpit courtesy rope lighting, and diaphragm overboard discharge waste pump with one head. The Bianca cushion package and exposed carbon fiber hard-top legs complete the build.
