The 2026 Sea Pro 230 Bay is a 23-foot center console built with durability and noise reduction in mind. The hull and deck employ a vinyl ester barrier coat applied over gel coat to resist osmotic blistering, while foam-filled hull sides and deck boxes reduce engine noise and provide insulation for coolers and live wells. The one-piece stringer system is chemically bonded to the hull and fully gel-coated to prevent mold and simplify maintenance.

The helm station features a 7-inch Simrad touchscreen multifunction display, thru-hull transducer, power steering with tilt function, and a Sea Pro Connect app for remote monitoring. Navigation and entertainment include compass and Audison marine audio, with a console dry box featuring USB power. The cockpit offers a standard leaning post and two stern jump seats for additional seating.
