The SDX 270 Surf is a 27-foot fiberglass surf boat built for full-day outings. It centres on a spacious, flexible layout with integrated board storage and a purpose-built surf system. The cockpit features a reclining backrest that expands the aft sunpad, while helm and portside seat backs convert to adapt the layout. The starboard interior includes ample storage space under the helm position, with an option to upgrade to an additional head.

Power comes from a standard 350 hp MerCruiser 6.2L engine paired with a forward-facing Bravo Four S drive.
